We recognise that our clients expect us to provide a service which includes not only first class quality building repairs, but also project management which enhances the customer’s experience. Furthermore, many have their own specific requirements regarding service, scheduling, reporting, and billing. Consequently, we have split our surveyors at Shedfield into 4 teams, each with their own client group. This allows them to develop real expertise in their particular client’s requirements. Each team is supported by a dedicated Claims Handler who deals with the claim from instruction to conclusion, developing a close working relationship with both Customer and Client.
