My wife and I would like you to know how pleased and impressed we were with all of your staff and contractors, who attended our house as a result of the burst water pipe incident.

In particular, we would like to commend Andy Day, your technician, who was a model of enthusiasm, commitment, and total pride in his work, which was of an outstanding quality in all areas.  We were delighted and very lucky to have him as our drying expert.

We would also like to commend Mick Jones, your decorator who did a fantastic job again to a very high standard and put the finishing touches to bring our house back to a newly decorated state.

Your plasterers also deserve  praise, as their attention to detail and quality were excellent and exceedingly neat and tidy.  A minor moan would be the state of the relaid insulation in the attic, which looks a bit messy.

We have thoroughly enjoyed meeting and talking to all your staff and contractors, who do you great credit and we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your company to all our friends and acquaintances.

Please pass our grateful thanks onto all concerned including your back office staff.  We will be writiong to LAS and Towergate as well, to ensure all parties are thanked.

I could not have asked for a better group of men to come and repair my home.  They all worked very hard, went out of their way to help me.  I felt I could leave my home to let them get on with their work and I did – I felt that sure they were all totally honest.  Could you please thank them all for turning what was a very distressful time into one of sheer pleasure – I miss them all.

I would like to thank all of the workmen who came into my house for their hard work – it was a joy to have them.  I could not have asked for a better person to come and repair my house – Terry P a true gentleman – I will remember him forever!!!  Paul the plasterer was another gentleman – quiet calm and very kind – a true gentleman.  Liam was slow – but steady- he worked very hard to get the work done in the time he was allowed – please thank him from me.
